Ajay Patidar has worked with Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC) one of the big four accounting firm, for around two and half years post qualifications.
During association he has worked for various Projects across the sectors such as Automobile, Real Estate, Media & Entertainment, Banking sector, FMCG, Pharma Companies, Oil & lubricants Industries.
Key technical and professional experiences are as follows :
•Managed independent projects from initiation to closure, including client communication for requirements, audit findings and impact on audit reports.
•Reviewed financial statements, notes, and accounting policies to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
•Provided independent reviews to partners on deliverables.
•Ensured compliance with IND AS, IFRS, GAAP, CARO, GST, Income tax, and other statutory regulations.
•Finalized audit reports including CARO and IFCFR, ensuring comprehensive compliance and accuracy.
